Zombie Island is a small island filled with human zombies, not mutant zombies. When Peri was feeling sick he was sent here, because he seemed to be zombified. When Peri was feeling deseperate to come back he built a raft of zombies. Then they invaded the island. Only Peri, Patrica, Two Legs Joe and Entree escaped. Peri found out that everyone but him became zombified and the episode ended with Zombie Patricia said we would rather play brainnsss...... It is assumed that everything turned back to normal because this is never mentioned again....
